| Job Description | 1.Architect, design and implement VAS products Interactive Voice Response (IVR) including flow charts, scripting etc. 2.Manage product lifecycle from concept to deployment to End-of-Life 3.Device innovative and effective solutions in the value added services space. 4.Interface with customer account teams on issues relating to VAS products 5.Track product enhancements across channels 6.Analyze market conditions for products and services 7.Responsible for technical quality and ontime delivery. Involvement in the complete definition of the project requirement. 8.Identify new product and strategy development 9.Help pre-sale/sales team to delivery technical architect product notes. 10.Responsible for Budget/costing with regard to Products |
