Job Description

# The Delivery Project Executive will be responsible for the overall operations delivery through a team of professionals.

# This includes Client Mgt, People Mgt, managing strategy & change and exceeding SLAs for multiple projects / clients across locations

# He / She must be able to spearhead client projects & give direction based on strategy.

# He / She must be able to effectively manage cost and implement projects to reduce / manage cost effectively.

# He/she drives the culture transformation at all levels and facilitates continuous quality development and is the single point contact on all Operational issues, automation and Quality Mission across the organization.

Conceptualizing and executing innovative best practices to enabling enhanced quality and efficient delivery.

# Responsible for formulating the SLA in the drive towards achieving 100% accurate process evaluation.

# Manages the operational activities and challenges and ensure resources match workloads to provide cost effective, high quality service within agreed SLA and timeliness.

# Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure high availability and effectiveness of systems.

# Keeps up-to-date with key business changes and process/technical trends and acts quickly to acquire the knowledge and skills that will contribute to making the organization an industry benchmark.

# Develop & monitor key indicators that will help track and control process capabilities, ensure productivity enhancement and continuous business process improvements.

# Evaluate procedures and provide technology solutions to improve the entire process.

# Interacts with internal and external auditors and participates in occasional auditing projects or provides information and access to accounting records as required.

# Perform service evaluation including lessons learned and quality evaluation, customer satisfaction, and productivity measurements

# Initiate process improvements or process changes required by business changes or regulatory changes.

# Maintain corporate standards, policy, reporting requirements and controls. Mitigate. Ensure regulatory and SOX compliance

Desired Profile

# Minimum 15 years of education required

# Total 11 to 14 years of education required

# Minimum 6 to 8 years experience required
