| Job Description | # The Delivery Project Executive will be responsible for the overall operations delivery through a team of professionals. # This includes Client Mgt, People Mgt, managing strategy & change and exceeding SLAs for multiple projects / clients across locations # He / She must be able to spearhead client projects & give direction based on strategy. # He / She must be able to effectively manage cost and implement projects to reduce / manage cost effectively. # He/she drives the culture transformation at all levels and facilitates continuous quality development and is the single point contact on all Operational issues, automation and Quality Mission across the organization. # Responsible for formulating the SLA in the drive towards achieving 100% accurate process evaluation. # Manages the operational activities and challenges and ensure resources match workloads to provide cost effective, high quality service within agreed SLA and timeliness. # Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure high availability and effectiveness of systems. # Keeps up-to-date with key business changes and process/technical trends and acts quickly to acquire the knowledge and skills that will contribute to making the organization an industry benchmark. # Develop & monitor key indicators that will help track and control process capabilities, ensure productivity enhancement and continuous business process improvements. # Evaluate procedures and provide technology solutions to improve the entire process. # Interacts with internal and external auditors and participates in occasional auditing projects or provides information and access to accounting records as required. # Perform service evaluation including lessons learned and quality evaluation, customer satisfaction, and productivity measurements # Initiate process improvements or process changes required by business changes or regulatory changes. # Maintain corporate standards, policy, reporting requirements and controls.
