Requirements - Gather Requirements and define scope 2. Propose Solution - Skills on architecting the solution, drawing an implementation plan 3. Setup - Perform Installation, Cluster setups and Configuration of Mandatory products 4. Troubleshoot - Analyze and Identify issues related to product deployments, performance tuning, high availability of software product Infrastructure 5. Resolve Critical situation, Product deployments issues including performance tuning and high availability issues 6. Deployment Health check for mandatory products specified above 7. Perform Product migration from older versions to newer ones 8. Administration of mandatory products 9. Conduct enablement sessions for the client as a value add to client Mandatory Skills Required for Product Deployment specialists 1. Java / J2EE 2. IBM WebSphere Application Server 3. IBM WebSphere Portal Server 4. IBM WebSphere Edge Server 5. IBM HTTP Server Desired skills 1. IBM WebSphere MQ Series 2. IBM WebSphere Content Management Server 3. IBM DB2 Database Server 4. IBM DB2 Content Manager Also please note: 1. Candidate must be Ready to travel onsite to customer location within and outside India at short notice 2. Candidate must be Flexible and committed with good professional attitude 3. Candidate must be Able to get into critical client situations and resolve issues fast 4. Candidate should have Good Relationship building and Client handling skills 5. Candidate should have Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
