Desired Profile	Monitoring Lotus Server (monitoring tool like GSX) Must have expernice with remote control tools Creation, Deletion, Renaming, Migration and Recertification of User in Lotus domino Routing, Archiving and Replication Problems Understanding server document and server configuration work experience in Disaster recovery Should have Data Center experience Migration of users & databases Ability to understand and manage issues on Server hang and server crash. Installing and upgrading Domino server. Creating new servers, Installing fix pack for Domino servers. Black berry knowledge preferable Must have work experience on R6, R7 and R8 versions.
